Robotic Welding Programmer
The is responsible for creating off line programs required to run GSM’s robotic weld systems. In this position, they will also create welding process improvements, document processes and provide technical support.

Qualifications and Competencies
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to produce coherent written documents that are free of spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors, possess a reasonably optimistic and supportive attitude, and maintain the strictest confidence regarding all issues and information regarding the company’s operations, its employees, financial matters, and personal matters of which the employee may become aware in the course of their work.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry with responsibility for the support, operation, maintenance and specification of equipment used in welding processes, with an emphasis on robotic weld technology.
