The Manufacturing Engineer is charged with the responsibility to identify, evaluate, develop and implement cost effective methods of manufacturing related to assigned processes in such a manner that will optimize the return on each investment. The goal of these activities is to continually improve safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery performance while advancing the company’s technical capabilities in area of concentration. (Stamping, Profiling, Bending, Welding, Machining)

Manufacturing Engineers at GSM are assigned one process of focus depending on interest & experience and the needs of the company. The processes include:
Machining equipment and processes
Welding equipment and processes
Bending equipment and processes
Laser/Profiling equipment and processes
Stamping equipment and processes

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, from a reputable institution or similar combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry with responsibility for the support, operation, maintenance and specification of equipment used in Stamping, Welding, Bending or Machining Processes.
